Join us for our October event!
This month’s event will be the inaugural meeting of the Engage Book Group! In this book group, we not only want to appreciate great ideas, we also want to discuss what we do with those ideas to become more active and effective citizens.
Our first book, Politics Is For Power by Eitan Hersch, is a perfect fit. It challenges well-meaning citizens to move beyond political hobbyism and start building real tools for improving our communities and our government. George will share how this book influenced his decision to found Engage, then we will open it up for discussion so we can all leave with a concrete civic action to take. We hope to see you there!

Our last Engage event was insightful and empowering! Thank you to Marie Cornwall, Uproar Utah, and everyone who participated in our values-based discussion about immigration enforcement.
Act Local Community Night Helped People Engage!
The 2nd Annual Act Local Community Night brought over 50 organizations together with community members at the Provo Library Ballroom for an evening of connection, conversation, and engagement. Attendees explored ways to get involved, made new connections, and enjoyed live music and refreshments throughout the evening.
